As a Business Development Manager at Fastcom, a leading telecommunications provider, you will be instrumental in expanding our market share and enhancing our product offerings. Your primary focus will be to identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain strategic partnerships, and execute strategies that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • B2B Sales: Identify new business opportunities, drive sustainable financial growth and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and strategic partners. Identify opportunities for collaborations that will lead to increased business opportunities.

  • Sales & Marketing Support: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new clients and markets for our products and services. Assist in the development of marketing strategies and materials to support business development efforts.

  • Contract Negotiations: Lead negotiations with potential clients and partners, ensuring that contracts are favourable and align with the company's strategic goals.

  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor performance metrics to track the success of business development initiatives. Adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed targets.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the telecommunications industry.

  • Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of the telecommunications industry, including market trends, technological advancements, and regulatory environment preferable.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

  • Self-motivation and ability to problem solve and achieve targets.

  • Willingness to travel as required.
